Sec. 195.

"Upgradient ground water monitoring well" means an approved ground water monitoring well that is used to obtain ground water and is located at any point beyond the permitted solid waste boundary that is extrapolated as having a higher potentiometric surface than that of the permitted solid waste boundary.
