Sec. 182.
"Structural components" means:
(1) liners;
(2) leachate collection systems;
(3) final covers;
(4) run-on or run-off systems; and
(5) any other components used in the construction and operation of the solid waste land disposal facility that are necessary for the protection of human health and the environment.
