Sec. 176.

(a) "Solid waste land disposal facility" means a permitted facility that accepts solid waste for deposit and covering in or on the ground surface. Permitted solid waste land disposal facilities must be classified into one (1) of the following types:

(1) Municipal solid waste landfill (MSWLF).

(2) Construction/demolition site.

(3) Restricted waste site.

(4) Nonmunicipal solid waste landfill.

(b) The term does not include solid waste processing or land application facilities or activities.
