Sec. 121.

"Nonmunicipal solid waste landfill" or "non-MSWLF" means a solid waste land disposal facility that is permitted to receive general types of solid waste, excluding municipal solid waste as defined in section 115 of this rule and hazardous waste regulated by 329 IAC 3.1, and operated by spreading the waste in thin layers, compacting it to the smallest practical volume, and covering it with cover material at the end of each working day. A nonmunicipal solid waste landfill is a sanitary landfill for purposes of IC 13-20-21.
