Sec. 62.1.

"Drinking water supply reservoir" means an artificial or natural storage place for water, such as a lake, pond, or basin, from which water is being withdrawn or has the potential of being withdrawn for the purpose of human consumption and use. For the purposes of the setback requirement in 329 IAC 10-16-11(a)(9), a drinking water supply reservoir is being used as a drinking water supply for humans if one (1) or more service connections exist at the time of zoning of the solid waste disposal facility.
