Sec. 31.
(a) MCLGs are zero (0) for the following microbiological contaminants:
(1) Giardia lamblia.
(2) Viruses.
(3) Legionella.
(4) Total coliforms (including fecal
coliforms and Escherichia coli (E. coli)).
(5) Cryptosporidium.
(6) E. coli.
(b) The MCLG identified in:
(1) subsection (a)(4) is applicable until
March 31, 2016; and
(2) subsection
(a)(6) is applicable beginning April 1, 2016.
