Sec. 15.
A consecutive PWS that does not add a disinfectant but delivers water that has been treated with a primary or residual disinfectant other than ultraviolet light shall:
(1) comply with:
(i) analytical and monitoring requirements
for chlorine and chloramines in section 5(c) of this rule; and
(ii) the requirements in section 6(c)(1) of
this rule; beginning April 1, 2009, unless required to comply at an earlier
date by the commissioner; and
(2) report monitoring results under section 7(c) of this rule.
