Sec. 14.5.
(a) The owner or operator of a community water system or nontransient noncommunity water system required to monitor under 40 CFR 141.40 must notify persons served by the system of the availability of the results of the sampling not later than twelve (12) months after the monitoring results are known.
(b) The form and manner of the public notice must follow the requirements of the Tier 3 public notice described in section 10 of this rule. The notice must also:
(1)
identify a person; and
(2) provide
the telephone number; to contact for information on the monitoring
results.
