Sec. 6.

"Beneficial use" means the use of a solid waste for fertilizing or soil conditioning properties to:

(1) provide nutrients for growing plants or crops;

(2) increase organic matter;

(3) provide pH adjustment capabilities; or

(4) provide other benefits to the soil or crops as shown to the satisfaction of the commissioner through an approved research or demonstration project under 327 IAC 6.1-4-19.
