Sec. 30.
"Industrial waste product" means the following:
(1) Material that meets the following criteria:
(A) Is a solid waste as defined
under
329 IAC
10-2-174.
(B) Does not include material from any
processes listed in
329 IAC
10-3-1.
(C) Is used for a beneficial use as defined
under section 6 of this rule.
(D)
Contains one percent (1%) or greater total solids.
(2) Solid waste that is not considered biosolid or pollutant-bearing water under this article.
