Sec. 14.

"Discharge" means any addition of any pollutant, or combination of pollutants, into any surface waters or ground water from a point source such as any discernible, confined, and discrete conveyance, including the following:

(1) Pipe.

(2) Channel.

(3) Tunnel.

(4) Conduit.

(5) Well.

(6) Discrete fissure.

(7) Container.

(8) Rolling stock.

(9) Vessel.

(10) Other floating craft from which pollutants are or may be discharged.

The term does not include return flow from irrigated agriculture or agricultural storm water.
