Sec. 3.

"Categorical pretreatment standards" means national pretreatment standards, specifying quantities or concentrations of pollutants or pollutant properties that may be discharged or introduced to a POTW by an existing or new industrial user in a specific industrial subcategory, that are established by U.S. EPA, under Section 307(b) or 307(c) of the Clean Water Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1317(b) or 33 U.S.C. 1317(c)) as separate regulations under the appropriate subpart of 40 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter N. The categorical pretreatment standards are incorporated by reference at 327 IAC 5-2-1.5.
