Sec. 60.

"Sewage from vessels" means human body wastes and the wastes from toilets and other receptacles intended to receive or retain body wastes that are discharged from vessels and regulated under Section 312 of the Clean Water Act, except that with respect to commercial vessels on the Great Lakes, this term includes graywater. As used in this section, "graywater" means galley, bath, or shower water.
