Rule 14 - Architectural and Industrial Maintenance (AIM) Coatings
Section 14-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.
This rule applies to any person who supplies, sells, offers for sale, or manufactures any AIM coating for use within the state of Indiana, as well as any person who applies or solicits the application of any AIM coating within the state of Indiana, except for the following:
(1) Any AIM coating that is sold or manufactured for:
(A) use outside of the state
of Indiana; or
(B) shipment to
other manufacturers for reformulation or repackaging.
(2) Any aerosol coating product.
(3) Any AIM coating that is sold in a container with a volume of one (1) liter (one and fifty-seven thousandths (1.057) quarts) or less.
