Sec. 9.

(a) For the purpose of records required under section 10(c), 11(c), or 12(c) of this rule, the applicable test methods and procedures specified in section 4 of this rule shall be used to determine the following:

(1) The volatile organic compound (VOC) content of each coating, as applied.

(2) The efficiency of each capture system and control device.

(b) Records required by this rule or records used to demonstrate that a source is exempt from the requirements of this article shall be submitted to the department or the U.S. EPA within thirty (30) days of the receipt of a written request.

(c) Coating sources subject to 326 IAC 8-5-5 shall comply with all applicable record keeping and reporting requirements. All records required by this rule or records necessary to determine compliance with 326 IAC 8-5-5 shall be accessible on-site for the most recent three (3) year period and shall be reasonably accessible for an additional two (2) year period.
