Section 4-7 - Sullivan County sulfur dioxide emission limitations

Sec. 7.
The following sources and facilities located in Sullivan County shall comply with the sulfur dioxide emission limitations in pounds per million Btu:

| (2) Hoosier Energy | -Boiler 1 | 1.2 |
| Merom | Boiler 2 | 1.2 |
Boiler 1 and Boiler 2 are subject to new
source performance standards in the
applicable construction permit.
