Sec. 17.
SCA Tissue North America LLC, Source Identification Number 00106, shall comply with the sulfur dioxide emission limits for Boiler 1 of one and two-tenths (1.2) pounds per million British thermal units and eighty-seven and twenty-four hundredths (87.24) pounds per hour.
