Sec. 13.
(a) Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company, Broadway Avenue Generating Station in Vanderburgh County shall meet the following emission requirements:

(b) The gas turbine identified in subsection (a) as one hundred percent (100%) natural gas burner, shall burn only natural gas.
