Sec. 1.

This rule applies to any emissions unit emissions testing performed to determine compliance with applicable emission limitations contained in this title, or for any other purpose requiring review and approval by the department. The owner or operator of an emissions unit shall conduct emission tests subject to this rule in accordance with any applicable procedures and analysis methods specified in 40 CFR 51 *, 40 CFR 60 *, 40 CFR 61 *, 40 CFR 63 *, 40 CFR 75 *, or other procedures approved by the department and U.S. EPA.
