Sec. 4.

Notwithstanding 326 IAC 2-6.1-6(i)(1)(J) and 326 IAC 2-8-11.1(f)(1)(J), any pollution prevention project, as defined in 326 IAC 2-1.1-1(14), that would otherwise be subject to significant permit revision procedures, and that does not result in a net increase in potential emissions of more than the significance levels in 326 IAC 2-2-1(xx), may be processed as a minor permit revision as follows:

(1) For minor state operating permits, under 326 IAC 2-6.1-6(h).

(2) For federally enforceable operating permits, under 326 IAC 2-8-11.1(e).
