Section 2-33.5 - "Hazardous air pollutant" or "HAP" defined

Sec. 33.5.

"Hazardous air pollutant" or "HAP" means any air pollutant listed pursuant to Section 112(b) of the Clean Air Act and not delisted from that list or redefined under 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart C*.
