Sec. 11.

(a) During the first and second year of long-term disability benefits, the basic long-term disability benefit may be augmented to seventy percent (70%) of the employee's base biweekly wage, by subtracting one (1) day each week from an accrued leave balance.

(b) During the third and fourth year of long-term disability benefits, the basic long-term disability benefit may be augmented to sixty percent (60%) of the employee's base biweekly wage, by subtracting one (1) day each week from an accrued leave balance.
