Sec. 10.

(a) For the first and second year of long-term disability, the basic benefit is fifty percent (50%) of the employee's base biweekly wage before disability.

(b) For the third and fourth year of long-term disability, the basic benefit is forty percent (40%) of the base biweekly wage before disability.
