Section 3-2 - Application for prequalification; approval as precondition for selection

Sec. 2.

A Designer desiring to do design work for the Division must, as an act prior to being considered for such services, apply to the State Certification Board, supply all of the pertinent information required by that Board and obtain prequalification approval of said Board. The designer must keep said prequalification current as set out in these rules and regulations [25 IAC 2].
