Sec. 35.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that when a juvenile is placed in room confinement or isolation for medical purposes, a qualified health care professional or health trained staff shall:

(1) be informed immediately; and

(2) complete an assessment as determined by the health care authority.

(b) Unless medical attention is needed more frequently, each juvenile in room confinement or isolation receives a daily visit from a qualified health care professional or health trained staff.
