Section 8-2 - Quarterly meetings

Sec. 2.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that the health care authority meets with the facility administrator at least quarterly to discuss the following topics:

(1) Effectiveness of the facility's health care program.

(2) Environmental factors that need improvement.

(3) Changes effected since the last meeting date.

(4) If needed, recommended corrective action or actions.

(b) The health care authority, following each meeting, submits a summary report to the facility administrator.

(c) Any condition that poses a danger to staff or juvenile health and safety is reported immediately to the facility or program administrator.
