Sec. 6.
(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that special therapeutic diets are prepared and served to juveniles according to written orders by a physician or other health care practitioner.
(b) A therapeutic diet manual is available in the food service area and in the health services area for reference and information.
(c) This is a mandatory standard.
