Sec. 27.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that a grievance process with at least one (1) level of appeal is made available to all juveniles.

(b) The grievance process is conspicuously posted in the facility or included in a handbook that is accessible to the following:

(1) Juveniles.

(2) Parents or guardians.

(3) Staff.

(c) The grievance process is evaluated at least annually to determine its efficiency and effectiveness and is updated, when necessary.
