Sec. 19.
Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that a copy of the disciplinary proceedings and relevant documents are kept in the juvenile's file. If a juvenile is found not guilty of an alleged major rule violation, the disciplinary report is removed from all of the juvenile's files or, in the event records must be kept as part of a facility data collection system, clearly marked "not guilty".
