Section 6-18 - Disciplinary committee's decision

Sec. 18.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that the disciplinary committee's decisions are based solely on information obtained in the hearing process, including the following:

(1) Staff reports.

(2) Investigation findings.

(3) Statements of the juvenile charged.

(4) Evidence derived from witnesses and documents.

(b) The juvenile is promptly notified in writing of the disciplinary committee's decision.
