Sec. 12.
Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that at the conclusion of an investigation into an alleged major rule violation, or within twenty-four (24) hours of being charged with a major rule violation, a juvenile is:
(1) given a written copy of the alleged rule violation;
(2) advised of the right to request a due process or disciplinary hearing;
(3) advised of the right to request an impartial staff member or members to be present to advise them during the hearing process; and
(4) given a written copy of the due process rights afforded them by the facility.
