Rule 2 - Definitions
Section 2-14 - "Juvenile" defined

Sec. 14.
"Juvenile" means:
(1) someone under eighteen (18) years of age who is:
(A) alleged to be
delinquent;
(B) adjudicated
delinquent;
(C) charged with a
crime in adult criminal court; or
(D) convicted of a crime in adult criminal
court; or
(2) someone eighteen (18), nineteen (19), or twenty (20) years of age who is under juvenile court jurisdiction as an adjudicated delinquent.
