Section 10-2 - Time limit for filing a claim

Sec. 2.

An offender must file a claim pursuant to this rule no later than one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of the alleged loss. Claims filed after this time frame has elapsed shall not be considered and shall be returned to the offender.
