Sec. 3.

Records to be Kept in the State. All records required under these standards [ 170 IAC 6-3 ] shall be preserved for at least three years after they are made. Such records shall be kept within the State, at an office, or offices, of the utility located in the territory served by it, unless otherwise ordered, and shall be open for examination by the commission or its representatives. Each utility shall notify the commission of the office or offices at which the various classes of records are kept.
