Sec. 8.
(a) All meters and appurtenances used for measuring quantity of water delivered to a customer shall be:
(1) in good mechanical
condition;
(2) adequate in size and
design for the type of service that they measure; and
(3) accurate to within generally accepted
standards.
(b) For determination of minimum test flow and normal test flow limits, the specifications of the AWWA Standards shall be used for test flows for cold water meters.
