Sec. 24.
(a) The commission may, in its discretion, dismiss a proceeding that has been pending upon the commission docket:
(1) that is not
currently set for hearing; and
(2)
upon which action has not been taken by a party for a period of sixty (60)
days.
(b) Prior to the dismissal, the commission shall notify the parties to the proceeding of its intention to dismiss in accordance with section 13 of this rule. Notice shall be served at least ten (10) days prior to the entry of dismissal.
