Sec. 19.
(a) Causes sharing common issues of fact or law may be consolidated at the discretion of a presiding officer.
(b) A consolidated cause shall continue to list the cause number of the earliest filed case. The presiding officer may keep the underlying captions or create a new caption for the consolidated cause.
(c) Where two (2) or more proceedings are consolidated for hearing, the presiding officer shall determine the order in which the parties introduce evidence.
