Rule 3 - Limitation of Use of the Toll Road
Section 3-1 - Pedestrians and certain vehicles prohibited

Sec. 1.

The following shall not travel on the toll road under any circumstances:

(1) Pedestrians.

(2) Bicycles.

(3) Motorcycles with less than one hundred twenty-five (125) cubic centimeters displacement.

(4) Vehicles drawn by animals.

(5) Aircraft.

(6) Vehicles with improperly secured loads.

(7) Vehicles with any of the following:

(A) Metal tires.

(B) Solid tires.

(C) Deflated pneumatic tires.

(D) Caterpillar treads.

(8) Vehicles towing another vehicle that does not have the following:

(A) A proper tow bar.

(B) Safety chains.

(9) Vehicles that are deemed, in the opinion of a police officer, to be as follows:

(A) Unsafe.

(B) Such as to create a hazard upon the toll road.
