Section 1.5-2 - Preliminary notification; requirements

Sec. 2.

In addition to the requirements of 105 IAC 7-1-9, an applicant required to provide preliminary notification under section 1 of this rule must provide an approximate description of existing and anticipated traffic conditions of the proposed development, including the following:

(1) Type of development.

(2) Preliminary site plan with site access points and the nearest signalized intersection in each direction.

(3) A market study, if applicable.

(4) Trip generation values and methods used to compute such values.

(5) Any other information the applicant deems necessary or helpful to facilitate the initial meeting as provided under section 3 of this rule.
