Section 4-11 - Tracks kept free of debris and spillage

Sec. 11.

For each clearance area that the department has approved a reduction of the clearance distance required by the Act, said clearance area will be kept free of all debris, spillage, oil and grease, and the footing will be maintained in a safe and even manner at all times.
