Sec. 5.

Rules, standards and instructions for installation, inspection and maintenance and repair of interlocking as promulgated and established by the Interstate Commerce Commission in accordance with paragraph C, Section 26, of the Interstate Commerce Commission Act, as amended August 26, 1937, and effective September 1, 1939, commonly known as the Signal Inspection Act, shall govern interlocking within the State of Indiana.

Such rules hereby adopted by reference are set out in an Interstate Commerce Commission pamphlet now on file in the office of the Secretary and the office of the Railroad Inspector's Department of the Public Service Commission of Indiana and are entitled:

"Rules, Standards, and Instructions for installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of Automatic Block Signal Systems, interlocking centralized traffic control systems, automatic train stop and train control systems, automatic cab signal systems continuously controlled (without automatic train stop or train control), dragging equipment and slide detectors and other similar protective devices, other similar appliances, methods, and systems."
