Section 840.105 - Handling Situation When Properly Signed Report Not Received

The Bureau will take action when a properly signed report of consultative examination has not been received by following the guidelines specified in the Code Federal Regulations 20 CFR 404.1519o and 416.919o as amended August 1, 1991.
