a) Consulting physician.
1) Secure child care
facilities shall have a consulting physician available to perform admission
physicals within 24 hours following admission.
2) The consulting physician shall provide
on-site medical care and follow-up to address physical health issues and
concerns.
b) On-site coverage by registered nurses shall be available on a 7 day per week, 24 hour basis.
