Section 383.50 - Corrective Plan

a) A corrective plan is required when a substantiated violation occurs and the substantiated violation can reasonably be expected to be corrected within 90 days. A corrective plan may be reviewed and extended in 30 day increments for good cause when approved by a licensing supervisor. When a violation is substantiated for the failure of one or more staff at child care facilities or child welfare agencies to report suspected abuse or neglect, the corrective plan shall include the use of supervisory teams to review staff and facility understanding of their reporting requirements. b) A corrective plan shall not be required when the supervising agency makes a determination that the substantiated violations cannot be corrected and documents why they cannot be corrected.
c) A corrective plan is not required when the Department is issuing an administrative order of closure.
d) Failure by the licensee or permit holder to submit or comply with a corrective plan may result in further enforcement action.
