Section 910.30 - Handwashing Facilities

a) Handwashing facilities shall include a supply of potable water, soap and disposable towels or equivalent drying means such as, electric hand dryers. (Section 6 of the Act)

b) A minimum of one (1) gallon per day per worker of potable water shall be provided for handwashing.

c) Containers of water used for handwashing shall be labeled "Not Drinking Water". The label shall be in English and, in instances of employees not familiar with English, in the native language of the employees.

d) The soap shall be either liquid or powder.
