Section 1455.205 - Record Keeping Requirements

Licensees must retain any communication, including but not limited to written, oral or web form, of an appraisal, appraisal review or appraisal service that is transmitted to the client upon completion of an assignment for a period of at least five years, or at least two years after final disposition of any administrative or judicial proceeding in which the appraiser provided testimony related to the assignment, whichever period expires last.
