Section 1285.310 - Public Access to Records and Meetings

a) All investigative procedures, information arising out of the investigation of complaints, activities of the Complaint Committee, and informal conferences shall be confidential. All other proceedings and documents beginning with the filing of a formal complaint shall be open to the public.

b) All meetings of the Licensing Board and Disciplinary Board shall also be open to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act [5 ILCS 120 ].
