Section 2905.10 - Definitions

"Act" means the Workers' Compensation Act [820 ILCS 305 ].
"Department" means the Illinois Department of Insurance.
"Director" means the Director of the Illinois Department of Insurance.
"Utilization Review" means the evaluation of proposed or provided health care services as defined in Section 8.7 of the Workers' Compensation Act.
