Pursuant to Section 7.24 of the Illinois Housing Development Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 671/2, pars. 307.24 ) (the "Act"), the Authority is required to establish rules for the making of loans to Lending Institutions. The purpose of this Part is to comply with that requirement.
