The following code shall be used on "Agency Report of Acquired New Properties and Additions" form to indicate the type of funds used to acquire the equipment being reported:

1	Revenue Bond Issue
2	Trust Funds
3	Federal Funds
4	Gifts
5	Auxiliary Enterprises
6	Revolving Fund
7	Agency Fund
8	Other
